A truly remarkable memorable book that will leave readers laugh, smile, cheer and cry.

Jacobo and Angelo have been friends since the day the was born, their own fathers was best friends the Levi & Ghione family have been part of each other's lives for decades even longer then that so with both Jacobo and Angelo about to become fathers on the same say the tradition of friendship is about to continue with a history of boys on both sides it was a sure thing that both new dad's will have little boys but tradition is about to be broken when after Angelo becomes a father to Rico a few hours later Jacobo becomes a father to a bouncing baby girl named Bella bit soon tragedy strikes the unthinkable happens something that will change the Levi family forever.

We get to watch Bella and Rico grow up we watch their friendship blossom into love a love the the while Village have been waiting for since the day the was born but their love will be tested to the core of its root with the decoration of racial laws in 1938 friendships will be tested, love will be torn apart right or wrong decisions will be made will Bella and Rico be torn apart forever or will they fight their way back into each other's hearts as they say you can never forget your one true love..

Ohhh I loved this book so much from start to finish, I loved the fact we get to watch Jacobo and Angelo grow up and then with their children it makes you feel even more part of the story, the characters was believable you could feel the heart of their story, there are some twists in the book that I didn't see coming and I was upset truly as I was really hoping for a happy ending but I think The ending worked much better then if it was a slushy happy one itd a case of history repeating itself. I got a feeling of the Durrells The Corfu Trilogy as I was reading this book, the setting of the book is beautiful it's a book you will easily fall in love with and find hard to put down, I highly recommend this book to all booklovers 🤓’
